If you haven’t been watching the internet, and scouring every section of the Witcher forums, then you probably haven’t stumbled across the announced time of The Witcher 3’s arrival deep within the pages of user comments and screenshots.
We haven't sifted through all that content ourselves, however, according to a reply from the official Witcher 3 Twitter, Wild Hunt will release at 1AM CET on Tuesday, May 19th, worldwide. This means that the game will release at earlier times throughout the United States.
@madxn89 The game unlocks at 1am CET on May 19. Depending on where you are, that may be a little sooner or later. :)

According to this information Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will release at 7:00 PM ET and 4 PM PT on Monday, May 18th. You can look up more details on your local time zone by checking out timeanddate.com’s Time Zone Converter.
